Breakout One
11:30 a.m.
Hall B
Evangelism
As Christians we have the greatest news to share with those around us! We want to help you be excited for and confident in spiritual conversations. In this session you will receive practical guidance on how you can begin sharing your faith in an effective and relational way.
Room 302–306
World Changers
Sol Rexius & Graham Spruill
How do I change the world? All of us want our lives to make a difference and have asked that question in some form. One author answers that question with this simple 2-word answer: faithful presence. But what does that mean? And how do we do it well? This breakout will discuss what it means to change the world and be a faithful presence wherever God has you.
Room 312–316
Confidence in The Bible
Paul Sabino
All our faith rests on the trustworthiness of the Bible, but can it be trusted? At times, we all have our doubts. So for those who are in that place, have friends who doubt, or just want to grow in their confidence in God’s word, join us as we take a deeper dive into the uniqueness of our Bibles and examine the evidence that makes it worthy of our trust.
Room 317–320
Dating
Christian Gracia, Hunter Leavine, and Amanda Hill
Let’s face it, dating in todays world can be challenging. In this breakout session we will discuss how believers can pursue faithfulness while navigating the ins-and-outs of relationships.
Room 101–103
Fighting Sin
Zach Cunningham and Andrew Hager
What hope do we have to overcome the sin and failure in our lives? How can we be free from the things that hold us back? Come hear how the Bible encourages us to victory and freedom in our fight against sin.
Room 104–106
Loneliness
Nick Harsh and Hannah Beth Gilbert
Most college students carry sadness from a lack of friendships in their lives – and don’t know what to do next. What is the path forward for someone feeling lonely? What does it look like to build godly friendships instead of living in isolation? During this breakout, we’ll talk about why loneliness is so pervasive on the college campus – and how the love of God gives us courage to share our lives with others
Room 107–108
Worry & Stress
Tony Lee and Kourtney Vier
The predominate pathways of processing worry & stress have historically been lined with two ways of thinking, the first being that worry and stress is all due to the individual, the other being that worry and stress is all due to culture. This breakout seeks to give clarity on how to understand culture and the self, while pursing peace in a world of worry & stress.
